Welcome to the Chair of Corporate Finance

In research and teaching, we are primarily concerned with questions of corporate finance, whereby the focus is usually on listed, capital market-oriented companies. The results of our research activities are intended to contribute to the further development of the state of the art in international research on the one hand, but also to support decision-makers in practice in their financing tasks on the other. Accordingly, we cooperate with numerous scientific partners in Germany and abroad as well as with companies, associations and governmental institutions, thus achieving high visibility, also for the graduates of our specialization modules.
