Theoretical and practical considerations of investment and financing decisions focus on evaluations of uncertain cash flows over longer periods of time, e.g. to determine the advantageousness of an investment project or the attractiveness of a financing structure.
In the course of the seminar, established instruments for the considered implementation of such decisions will be presented and practiced, and the theoretical models for the foundation of these instruments under symmetric information structures will be explained.
